5. Fees and Payment

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Professional Consulting Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable due to the time and resources reserved for your engagement. For retainers, any unused portion of the retainer is eligible for reimbursement if services have not been rendered. All requests must be made in writing within 30 days of payment.

6.2 Information Products

If you are not satisfied with any digital product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Requests must be submitted via contact us. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6.3 Physical Goods

For physical items, you may send the unopened product back to us within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs for sending the item back are your responsibility. Once the item is received and inspected, we will approve a refund and credit it back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Service Transfers

With prior written consent, you may transfer certain service credits to another party. Contact us via contact us to request such a transfer. All transfers are subject to approval by BusinessLegal.

8. Modifications to Terms

BusinessLegal reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on businesslegal.biz and indicate the effective date. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance.
